Recently Tupperware asked me to create an identity for their promotional trip to New Orleans for high-achieving salespersons. I’ve always enjoyed creating identities based on a city or historical theme. New Orleans brings to mind so much vibrant and colorful imagery. I decided to let the type speak for itself and be as lively as possible. I’m usually not totally satisfied with how logos or visual identities turn out or the one that ends up being selected by the client. This time it was different. “Bring on the Big Easy” captures the mood and excitement of a uniquely American city.
